2. Please note that the prices are in U.S. funds. Send payment in U.S. funds through a U.S. bank, such as a international bank draft. Canadian Postal Money Orders payable in U.S. dollars are acceptable. We cannot accept personal checks drawn on non-U.S. accounts. Customer is responsible for any and all duty charges. 9. ALL SALES FINAL! Please shop carefully when selecting magic tricks from our online webpages/catalog(s). The intrinsic value of any magic trick, book, or video is in its secret workings. Therefore, we cannot exchange or refund money on tricks, books, or videos selected from our webpages/catalog(s) for any reason other than defects in the workmanship. We will make every effort to satisfy our customers, however, our policy is very clear in regards to returns and exchanges ON MAGIC ITEMS. Any item(s) returned due to a defect or any damage that occurs during shipping, will be exchanged for a new one of the same, provide that it is not in our closeout-clearance section, for obvious reasons. No exchanges will be given for different items. No cash or credit refunds will be given except FOR NON-MAGIC ITEMS ONLY! In the case where a return is justified, and approved by GFE, it will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Again, please choose wisely when purchasing your magic and non-magic items.
10. If there's any defect from the manufacturer, we'll be happy to replace it, with the exception of closeout-clearance items! Just drop us an email, letter, or call during working hours. We ask that you notify us within a week of receiving the item. If damage appears to have been caused during shipping, you must call your local U.S. Post Office. A representative should then inspect the product and box, to file a claim.
11. ALL PRICES AND PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE! With an ever-changing world before us, we cannot control unforeseen problems such as discontinued items, shipping price hikes, etc. If there are any questions regarding current prices, email, phone (during business hours), or write to us.
12. Due to some problems, we regret that we cannot ship to ANY small unheard-of OR hard-to-get-to islands and some foreign countries due to package tracking issues and jurisdiction issues.
